Lincoln School is now accepting digital submissions for referring new students. Please only use the following links for referring one student at a time. If you need to refer multiple students at the same time please contact our main office at (815) 774-8900 and we will generate you the number of requested referral links that are needed. Progress is automatically saved when data is entered into the form. If you can't complete the form in one sitting it can be safely closed and returned to at any time using the generated link or by returning to this page and entering the email address used to create the form. The unique links generated can be shared with other stakeholders while the form is being filled out if more than one individual needs to enter information.
