Intervention

Student must earn at least 60% of points during the week, including attendance points. Any student falling below 60% is automatically put on Level 1. Points are reviewed every 5 days if student earns more than 60% of points, student is removed from Level. If student does not make a significant improvement, he/she may remain on Level, as determined by teacher and counselor. If student does not earn more than 60% of points, student may be eligible to be moved up a Level.

Intervention Levels

Level 1
Teacher’s meeting. Parent is informed.
Level 2
Teacher and Counselor’s meeting. Parent is informed.
Level 3
Counselor’s meeting. Parent is invited. Home school is informed by counselor. ROE is informed by principal.
Level 4
Principal’s meeting. Parent is invited. Student is eligible for removal from Program. Recommendation forwarded to ROE. Home school is informed of outcome.
